Wash your face: from the hairline on your forehead to the back of your ears, wash your whole face thrice with both hands.

Wash your arms: take water in your right palm and run it towards your elbow. Repeat thrice, and do the same to your left one.

Perform Masah: wet your both palms and place it on your forehead hairline so that your thumbs are touching your ears, wipe your head to the back of your neck with your palms. Now rinse your both ears with the help of thumbs and fingers.
