First day
In the state of Ihram. Muslims travel to Makkah and perform Umrah. Here they encircle the Kaaba in a counter clockwise direction 7 times. They recite supplications to ALLAH and then travel between the two hills of the Safaa and the Marwa. The pilgrims now make their way towards Mina.
Second day
Muslims spend the night camping out at Mina. The pilgrims then head to the mount Arafat the next day. Here they must climb the hill called the Jabal al Rahma or the great amount of mercy. Pilgrims then make their way towards the Muzdalifah around sunset by foot or via buses. They spend the whole night praying and collecting stones for the symbolic stoning of the devil in Mina.
Last three days
The final leg of Hajj is signified by three events. This includes the tawaf or the final encirclement of the Kaaba; throwing of stones in the valley of Mina; and the removing of the ihram. Many males shave their heads to signify the renewal at this certain point. The ending Hajj days correlate to Eid ul Azha. According to the history of Hajj.
